Due to the growth in our customer support department, we are currently seeking an Event Concierge. We are looking for an individual, who is not only an enthusiastic lover of events & music but will confidently manage, grow and educate our portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should be obsessively focused on providing the best experience for Poptop users, as well as develop supplier relationships within our network.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help event planners to find and book the best fitting suppliers for their events - from catering, event equipment to live entertainment
  • Provide ongoing customer support to our clients
  • Lead clients through the sales funnel with the help of CRM software
  • Provide dedicated user support to our supplier accounts
  • Help clients to manage their bookings and establish effective communication with suppliers
  • Ongoing assistance in boosting supplier performance


  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral
  • Ambitious, eager to learn and committed to personal and team success
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Google Drive online services
  • Experience with ecommerce sales and metrics preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an event-planning or sales role preferred
  • 2 years experience in customer service roles required (client department)
  • 2 years experience in a sales focused role (supplier department)
