Due to the growth in our customer support department, we are currently seeking an individual who is not only an enthusiastic lover of events & music but will confidently manage, grow and educate our portfolio of clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate should be obsessively focused on providing the best experience for Poptop users, as well as develop supplier relationships within our network.

What you’ll be doing:

Client Support:

  • Help event planners to find and book the best fitting suppliers for their events - from catering , event equipment to live entertainment
  • Provide ongoing customer support to our clients
  • Lead clients through the sales funnel with the help of CRM software
  • Provide dedicated user support to our supplier accounts
  • Help clients to manage their bookings and establish effective communication with suppliers
  • Ongoing assistance in boosting supplier performance


Supplier Support:

  • Help on-boarding event suppliers to the platform
  • Maintain key relationships with new and current event suppliers
  • Educating suppliers on new features Poptop has to offer, and keeping a strong sales record by converting suppliers
  • Schedule daily calls with our event suppliers
  • Provide ongoing customer support to our suppliers
  • Help suppliers to manage their bookings and establish effective communication with clients
  • Ongoing assistance in boosting supplier performance


Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral
  • Ambitious, eager to learn and committed to personal and team success
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Google Drive online services
  • Experience with ecommerce sales and metrics preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an event-planning or sales role preferred
  • 2 years experience in customer service roles required (client department)
  • 2 years experience in a sales focused role (supplier department)
  • Highly detail-oriented
